HYBA is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization which exists to promote youth baseball activities for children aged 12 and under, on behalf of School District 270 (Hopkins School District), which includes the city of Hopkins, a large portion of the cities of Minnetonka and Golden Valley,  and smaller portions of the cities of Edina, Eden Prairie, and Plymouth.  We are proud to represent this cross section of west metro cities, and bring people together into a unified community.

HYBA is a youth baseball organization that strives to promote youth development, unity, and sportsmanship through baseball participation and competitive league play for the broader Hopkins, Minnesota community.  HYBA provides players and families a youth baseball experience through player development and participation in the Metro Baseball League to play other local communities during the season.  Its goal is to enable players to achieve their maximum potential through competition, team and individual player development, and community support.  These efforts are ultimately designed to facilitate passion for the game, skill development, and preparation for future levels of play as players go on to middle and high school.
